The Excellence in Nursing Endowed Scholarship Fund
The Excellence in Nursing Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2019 through contributions from an anonymous alumnus of Thomas Edison State University who was inspired to support scholarships for the hardworking BSN students at the W. Cary Edwards School of Nursing.
The scholarship will be awarded to applicants or currently enrolled students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Thomas Edison State University.
Eligibility and Award Criteria: To be eligible for this scholarship, the student must satisfy the following requirements:
- Academic Level: Undergraduate
- Enrollment Status: Applicant or Enrolled
- Type of degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Other Criteria:
- Demonstrated financial need
- High academic achievement
- Consideration of applicants for this scholarship will be based in part on any compelling factors described in the essay submitted in the application.
- Submit a completed Thomas Edison State University Scholarship Application and any required supplemental documentation before the end of the application period.

2023 Winter Award Period
(Only available for students in the Accelerated BSN program, incarcerated students and students with disabilities)

2023 Summer Award Period
