Students will create an account in the scholarship system and complete an application questionnaire which will automatically apply them to all scholarships for which they are eligible. Any required documentation is submitted via the scholarship system at time of application.

Grant Funded Tuition Student Withdrawal Procedure top of page

This procedure is for all federal, state, and private tuition grants, excluding Federal Title IV, State entitlements, and other scholarships. This procedure does not supersede third party grant requirements.

Students that withdraw from a course prior to Day 10 are not entitled to any tuition grant. Day 10 is defined as the 10th calendar day of a term. (i.e. term start date of July 1 will reach Day 10 on July 10th) Tuition will be adjusted based upon the University published refund policy. The student is responsible for the balance due to the University. The student will have a financial hold placed on their account which will prevent future registration until the balance is paid.

Tuition will be adjusted based upon the University published refund policy for students that withdraw on or after Day 10. Students are eligible to utilize grant funds to cover remaining balances owed to the University. However, students are subject to the University published Satisfactory Academic Progress policy (SAP).
