To help students with dreams of a career in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology achieve their aspirations, Thomas Edison State University (TESU) and Alexandria Technical & Community College (ATCC) in Minnesota have signed an agreement that will allow ATCC graduates to transfer seamlessly into the Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology program at TESU.
Specifically, students who have earned their ATCC Associate in Science (AS) degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology will have a pathway to transfer into TESU’s Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology.
Through this agreement, ATCC and TESU have aligned their respective curricula to ensure a seamless educational pathway for students to earn their associate degree with ATCC, transfer 100 percent of its credits to TESU and continue onward in a bachelor’s degree pathway. The alignment of curriculum, student services, transition and onboarding, and even financial aid through articulation agreements allows students to see their future through multiple educational institutions and leverages the very best of community college and university educational opportunities.
