Covid Protocols

The safety and comfort of our graduates and their guests is our number one priority!

To that end, we have made some modifications to this year’s event, as noted below:

  1. Masks: For the safety of our graduates, guests and staff, masks will be required at all times on the CURE Arena property.
  2. Hand Sanitizer: There will be hand sanitizing stations set up around the Arena. Additionally, each graduate will receive a "Grad Bag" placed on their chairs which will include, among other items, an individual hand sanitizer.
  3. Social Distance: So as to allow more space for our graduates and their guests, we have made the strategic decision to limit activities that would potentially lead to crowding or congestion around the concourse. This decision will allow us, where possible, to create more space for everyone.
  4. Concessions: The arena’s food vendors will be selling food and refreshments. Due to covid protocols, public water fountains will not be available, but each attendee is permitted into the arena with a sealed water bottle.
  5. Capacity: The arena has the capacity to seat over 10,000 and we expect to be around 30% capacity, maintaining previous recommendations regarding indoor gatherings.
  6. Seating: Graduate seating on the floor will be separated by 3 feet between rows and space equal to that of a chair will be left empty between graduates.
  7. Ceremony: We have modified aspects of the ceremony to reduce any need for close contact on stage.

It is our sincere hope that these changes enhance the enjoyment and comfort of our graduates and their guests while still allowing for the celebration that our graduates deserve. We look forward to commemorating their tremendous accomplishment together!
