The Walmart Wellness Tour will make a stop in Trenton on Monday, Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Thomas Edison State University is partnering with the New Jersey Department of Health to bring the Walmart Mobile Wellness Center to the capital city to provide health screenings and wellness resources, as well as immunizations, in one easy location.
Equipped to provide vaccinations, measure blood pressure, body mass index, dispense educational health resources and consultations, or perform eyeglass cleanings and fittings, the van will be parked in front of the Kelsey Complex at 111 W. State St, Trenton, N.J.
Free COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shots for ages 5 and up are available without an appointment, including the bivalent booster that targets the Omicron variant.
Low-cost flu vaccinations for ages 10 and up and other immunizations will be available with proof of insurance.
No appointments are necessary for any vaccinations or services.
