Student Success Center

The Student Success Center is a resource and solutions center for students who are enrolled in courses to receive personalized service. The center is staffed with a group of Student Solutions Counselors who are available to assist students with questions regarding accessing student portals including Online Student Services (OSS) and myEdison®, password resets, navigating the University website and the course space and all basic technical support. Student Success Center staff is trained to assist with general questions about financial aid, student financial accounts, online registration and testing. The Student Success Center staff can troubleshoot enrolled student issues and connect students with the appropriate, subject-matter experts in other departments to handle any escalated questions or concerns.
