Student Success Team assists students who are enrolled in courses to receive personalized service. Student success counselors assist students with questions regarding accessing student portals including New Online Student Services (OSS) and myEdison®, password resets, navigating the University website and the course space and all basic technical support. Staff members are trained to assist with general questions about financial aid, student financial accounts, online registration and testing. Staff can troubleshoot enrolled student issues and connect students with the appropriate, subject-matter experts in other departments to handle any escalated questions or concerns.
