Part-Time Union Tuition Program
Available only at the following hubs: Worldport, Louisville, KY; Chicago area, CACH-Hodgkins, IL; East Zone, Middletown, PA; Utah, Salt Lake City, UT; Rockford Air, Rockford, IL
- $2,625 per term/semester
- $5,250 annually
- $25,000 lifetime eligibility
- Textbooks: up to $50 per course
- Fees are included in the semester cap
- No per credit hour tuition maximum
- Withdrawn (W) and Incomplete (I) grades are not reimbursable
- Minimum grade requirement (B- or above)
- (P) and (S) grades are reimbursable
- Benefit Eligibility begins on UPS hire date — if midsemester hire, benefits are prorated
- TECEP exams are reimbursable (They do not apply toward the 15-credit residency requirement.)
Part-Time Management Tuition Program
- $2,625 per term/semester
- $5,250 annually
- $25,000 lifetime eligibility
- Textbooks: up to $50 per course
- Fees are included in the semester cap
- No per credit hour tuition maximum for undergraduate programs
- At term end, the student must submit to Edcor a Processing Request form and grades
- Minimum grade requirement (B- or above)
- (P) and (S) grades are not eligible for reimbursement
- TECEP exams are reimbursable (They do not apply toward the 15-credit residency requirement)
Full-Time Non-Union Tuition Program
- $5,250 annually
- $25,000 lifetime eligibility
- Textbooks: not covered, $0
- Up to $400 in fees
- Maximum $150/credit hour applies to all degree programs at all schools, except for courses taken at Thomas Edison State University, which continue reimbursement at 100%
- Minimum grade requirement (B- or above)
- (P) and (S) grades are not eligible for reimbursement
- Master's programs limited to MIP and SIP employees only
- Executive MBA, Ph.D. and Juris Doctor degrees are not offered anywhere within full-time UPS tuition programs
- TECEP Exams are reimbursable (They do not apply toward the 15-credit residency requirement.)
