Updates to Your Education Assistance Benefits

UPS is moving the tuition reimbursement program to a new vendor, InStride, to make the program easier to manage and support. Your eligibility, reimbursement limits and approval requirements are not changing. This is only a change to the vendor and the platform used to administer the program.

You need to take the action below by Aug. 10 at 5 p.m. ET:

  • Fall classes: If you have not yet started the tuition reimbursement process for fall classes, open your application in Edcor by the deadline.
  • Completed classes: Submit reimbursement requests in Edcor early enough to receive manager approval by the deadline.

Why it matters: Edcor will shut down the current portal on Aug. 10 at 5 p.m. EDT.

  • No application in Edcor by Aug. 10: You will not be eligible for tuition reimbursement for the rest of 2026. New applications cannot be opened after Aug. 10.
  • No approval by Aug. 10: Your reimbursement will not be processed until

Key Dates:

  • 10 at 5 p.m. EDT: Deadline to open applications and receive final approval for reimbursement requests.
  • 11 - Oct. 23: Transition period from Edcor to InStride.
  • Mid-October: InStride opens the new platform.
