The Thomas Edison State University Master of Arts in Educational Leadership Program develops leaders who are prepared to build equitable and just communities in schools and serve as agents of change.
Offered online, the accredited program is aligned with the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders and prepares leaders for the New Jersey Principal and School Administrator endorsements. Graduates develop skills to articulate a clear vision, strategize, and drive purposeful and sustained change in educationally diverse environments.
This innovative program is designed to foster personal and professional growth, providing a network of professionals to support and guide candidates to successful completion.
