Please complete the form below to confirm your attendance at Commencement. Confirmation will be emailed to you upon receipt of your form.

• Information about the Commencement ceremony can be found on the University website.
• There is no cost to attend the Commencement ceremony.
• Every graduate and guest (regardless of age) must have a ticket to enter the venue.Tickets are free, and there is no limit to the number of tickets you can order.
• Order tickets for you and your guests.
• The deadline to have your regalia shipped to your home is Aug. 31, 2025.
• September graduates and anyone registering after Aug. 31, 2025, will have their regalia available for pickup at the CURE Arena on the day of Commencement, based on the information provided in the Commencement Attendance Form.
