Bachelor of Science in Operations Management

The Bachelor of Science (BS) in Operations Management from Thomas Edison State University (TESU) is a 120-credit online degree program designed to help you navigate the complex global business environment. Expand your knowledge in analysis, design and operation of complex management systems that contribute to an organization’s success. Our program provides the practical skills to help you become a business efficiency expert in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, production control, distribution, inventory control, quality management, and supply chain management. Your degree will culminate with a capstone project that integrates content from across the program and validates your knowledge in strategic management.

Degree Requirements Credits
The following courses are required for the BSBA degree in Operations Management and are fulfilled in the General Education section of the degree chart. 6
  • College Algebra or Quantitative Business Analysis within Intellectual and Practical Skills section of General Education requirements.

  • How Students Earn Credit in the Area of Study: All credits in this area of study may be completed with Thomas Edison State University courses and/or exams.

It is strongly recommended that all BS/BSBA students, regardless of area of study, include a business ethics subject as part of the general education or electives component of their degree.
