BSBA in Operations Management

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree program in Operations Management a 120-credit program designed for those employed as line managers and inventory planning and control, as well as those interested in entering the operations field.

Our BSBA in Operations Management degree develops knowledge and expertise in the analysis, design, and operation of complex management systems. All students pursuing a BSBA in Operations Management must complete a capstone requirement, Strategic Management, which integrates content across the degree program and validates the students’ knowledge.

Degree Requirements Credits
The following courses are required for the BSBA degree in Operations Management and are fulfilled in the General Education section of the degree chart. 6
  • College Algebra or Quantitative Business Analysis within Intellectual and Practical Skills section of General Education requirements.

  • How Students Earn Credit in the Area of Study: All credits in this area of study may be completed with Thomas Edison State University courses and/or exams.

Note 5: The University strongly suggests that students complete a subject in Cost Accounting which can be included in business or free electives of the degree program.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT ALL BSBA STUDENTS, REGARDLESS OF AREA OF STUDY, INCLUDE A BUSINESS ETHICS SUBJECT AS PART OF THE GENERAL EDUCATION OR ELECTIVES COMPONENT OF THEIR DEGREE.
