BSBA in Human Resources Management/Organizational Management

The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resources Management/Organizational Management from Thomas Edison State University (TESU) is a 120-credit online degree program that will prepare you to find your leadership style, develop important problem-solving skills and create ways to mentor and grow a team in today’s workforce. Your degree will culminate with a capstone project in strategic management, which integrates content from across the program and demonstrates what you’ve learned.

Degree Requirements

The following courses are required for the BSBA degree in Human Resources Management/Organizational Management and are fulfilled in the General Education section of the degree chart.

• College Algebra or Quantitative Business Analysis within Intellectual and Practical Skills section of General Education requirements. (3 credits)
• Statistics within Math section of General Education requirements. (3 credits)

How Students Earn Credit in the Area of Study: All credits in this area of study may be completed with Thomas Edison State University courses and/or exams.

Note 2: Principles of Supervision is too fundamental to be included in the major area of study.
