The Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree focuses on organizational leadership, and benefits management professionals by integrating management theory and practice to a wide range of organizations. At the request of major New Jersey employers, Thomas Edison State University designed the program as an academically rigorous and practical educational experience for seasoned managers who demonstrate a promise for growth and advancement.
The School of Business and Management’s MSM program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and structured for professionals with responsibilities in management, technical and administrative positions in profit and nonprofit settings. It is an ideal program for those whose career paths include the management of people in complex, dynamic organizations that function in a global marketplace. The program has a strong focus on organizational leadership and provides the flexibility working adults need to control their own study schedules.
The Master of Science in Management is offered completely online and is a 36-credit program.
Note: Organizational Research (ORR-510) must be taken prior to the Management Capstone (MAN-630).You cannot take them in the same term. Contact your academic advisor to register for both courses.
*Project Management Area of Study must take MKM-560: Marketing Management.
