Electronics Engineering Technology

The Associate in Science degree program with an area of study in Electronics Engineering Technology is designed for individuals employed in various phases of the electronics industry, such as computer hardware, avionics, communications, etc. The degree is a 60-credit program.

Degree Requirements Credits
The following courses are required for the AS degree program with an area of study in Electronics Engineering Technology and can be fulfilled in either the General Education or Electives sections of the degree chart. 11

  • How Students Earn Credit in the Option: Almost all of the courses required for the option are available by independent study and distance education courses from other universities

The inclusion of similar courses must be reviewed by the Evaluation team. Students must submit their program plan for review to ensure that course selection is appropriate for the degree.
