Exceptions: (1) Army students applying through GoArmyEd must request a JST on your own, or give written permission to your Military Advisor to order the JST on your behalf, (2) Veteran students discharged or retired from active duty before January 1, 2000 must request a JST on your own as the JST site does not allow your Military Advisor to order the JST on your behalf, and (3) If you have had updates to your JST with additional training since you applied to TESU, please request a new JST to be sent for evaluation. Graduate Degree Applicants – please note that a JST is not needed for your application to Thomas Edison State University.
