Earn Credit for Your Integrad-Managing Performance Training

Have you completed UPS’ Integrad Training for Management full-time employees?

Congratulations! Thomas Edison State University has approved the Integrad-Managing Performance curriculum for eight (8) college-level credit hours toward an undergraduate degree in the School of Business and Management. If you have successfully completed the workshop and all of the post course activities, you are eligible to receive:

  • 3 undergraduate credits in Principles of Supervision (MAN -201)
  • 2 undergraduate credits in Introduction to Logistics (OPM-324)
  • 3 undergraduate credits in Managing Performance Certification (COP-298 Co-Op/Field Experience)
    Credit for the Certification only given if student has completed the workshop.

In order to be awarded these credits you must apply and enroll at Thomas Edison State University. After you apply, you should email edadmin@ups.com. UPS will certify your completion of the course within the appropriate timeframe and provide certification to Thomas Edison State University.

How do these credits fulfill requirements for undergraduate degree programs?

All eight (8) credits awarded by the completion of the Integrad Training for full-time employees will fulfill degree requirements for Thomas Edison State University's associate and bachelor degree programs.

Earn Credit for Drivers Training Course (DTS)

Have you completed UPS’ Drivers Training Course (DTS)?

Drivers Training Course- if you completed The Driver Training School (DTS) you may be awarded up to 6 credits in two business courses:

Congratulations! Thomas Edison State University has recently approved the Driver Training curriculum for six (6) college-level credit hours toward an undergraduate degree in the School of Business and Management.

This new program review for UPS provides an opportunity for UPS employees who have successfully completed DTS to earn up to 6 credits in 2 business courses:

  • 3 undergraduate credits in Motor Vehicle Maintenance Management (AUM181) which could apply as a free elective in the BSBA
  • 3 undergraduate credits in Managerial Effectiveness (MAN202) which could apply as a business elective or free elective within the BSBA.
