6 Steps to Success

  1. Complete Your Online ApplicationIt only takes about 10 minutes. Once you have applied to the University, in 2–3 business days, you will receive an admission decision via email.

    To ensure you are applying as part of your partnership program, you will be asked to identify your employer or affiliation. Please choose “Hackensack Meridian Health” from the drop down menu.
  2. Complete Your Direct Bill ApplicationA letter of credit form will be available to download once your manager(s) approve your application. Please download a copy of the letter of credit from your approved application which is required to complete course registration.
  3. Upload Your Voucher / Letter of Credit / Deferment LetterPlease use the corporate voucher form/Letter of Credit/Deferment Letter to upload your voucher at the time of enrolling into your courses or you will be deregistered for non-payment. Please remember to include your student ID number.
  4. Submit official transcriptsfrom prior college to the Office of the Registrar to receive a full academic evaluation.
  5. Call the Advising Expresslineat (609) 777-5680, (Mon. – Fri.: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. ET), to reach an Academic Advisor quickly without the need for a formal appointment or schedule an appointment with an academic advisor to review your academic evaluation.
