No Cost Tuition Program

Through a special partnership between Bright Horizons/EdAssist and Thomas Edison State, TESU is providing a quality and debt-free pathway to degree and certificates programs at Thomas Edison State University. The “No cost tuition program” is a career-focused curriculum completely offered online at Thomas Edison State University. TESU offers courses at the beginning of every month 12 times a year. Transfer Credits – TESU accepts eligible transfer credits – from prior education, prior learning, and military training. Accepts 90 credits from a Community College and 114 from additional regionally accredited bodies.

TESU “No Cost” Degree Program Guidelines and Details
  • Employee must apply through Thomas Edison State University and through the Bright Horizons EdAssist System in order to utilize the tuition benefit.
  • Participants must identify themselves as an employee of Booz Allen or USAA to receive the TESU ‘No Cost’ Degree Program Benefit.
  • Any completion documentation, such as Grades, must be submitted through Bright Horizons EdAssist within 60 days of course completion.
  • Tuition assistance is an annual budget (January – December), based on the course end date.
Submitting Applications Through Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions

If you are a first-time user of the education benefits, you must complete the EdAssist Coaching Session prior to submitting an application. Appointments can be scheduled from the Bright Horizons EdAssist website by selecting “Schedule Free Education Coaching” from the home page.
