All Study.com courses are self-paced and allow you to make progress when it is convenient for you. Most Study.com courses feature 5-10 minute videos that enable students to fit them into their busy schedules. Our advice is to work through the lessons at your own pace to avoid getting frustrated, and stay focused on the material you find difficult without worrying about deadlines and time constraints.

Many Study.com courses allow you to take a placement test when you start the course. These tests, which are powered by Study.com’s proprietary adaptive learning technology, enable you to skip the material you already know. This saves you time and energy to learn new material and finish the courses faster. In addition, you will be able to transfer most prior college credits from other accredited institutions and alternative credit options like CLEP exams or DSST exams.
