Accelerated BSN Program Prerequisite Courses and General Education Requirements

The 33-credit requirement in nursing prerequisites provides students with a foundation for professional nursing requirements and graduate study.

Appropriate credits may be transferred, earned at Thomas Edison State University or earned through an additional variety of ways.

The course descriptions below are provided to help you choose a course that meets the BSNA program requirements. All Thomas Edison State University courses listed below meet these program requirements. Learn more about the Thomas Edison State University transfer credit policy.

Please note: Credits transferred from accredited institutions or institutions with TESU affiliation agreements may or may not meet BSN program prerequisites. A determination of course equivalency will be made after all transcripts have been submitted to registrar@tesu.edu.
