The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree program in Human Resources Management/Organizational Management focuses on employee selection, training, management development, industrial relations, compensation and the dynamics of organizational behavior. All students must complete a capstone requirement, Strategic Management, which integrates content across the degree program and validates the students' knowledge. The degree is a 120-credit program.
