TESU “No Cost” Degree Program Guidelines and Details

Employee must apply through Thomas Edison State University and through the Bright Horizons EdAssist System in order to utilize the tuition benefit.

Participants must identify themselves as an employee of USAA to receive the TESU “No Cost” Degree Program benefit.

Any completion documentation, such as Grades, must be submitted through Bright Horizons EdAssist within 60 days of course completion.

Tuition assistance is an annual budget (January – December), based on the course end date.

Submitting Applications Through Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions

STEP 1 – If desired, complete an EdAssist Education Coaching Session

If desired, schedule an EdAssist Coaching session (this is not required prior to applying). Appointments can be scheduled from the Bright Horizons EdAssist website by selecting “Schedule Free Education Coaching” from the home page.
