Human Resource Management

The Human Resource Management area of study prepares students for roles as human resource professionals and strategic partners within today's organizations. This specialization will build business knowledge and expertise in critical HRM competencies such as:

Human Resources Management is an online, 12-credit program that focuses on the most important strategic initiatives that human resources professionals face as they lead their organizations through the uncharted waters of constant change. The 12 graduate credits earned are applied to the Master of Science in Management degree program at Thomas Edison State University. Students must complete the 24 core credit requirements of the Master of Science in Management degree program, as listed in the program template.
