Capstone Policy

Effective January 1, 2019, students enrolled in the University's bachelor's degree programs will need to complete a minimum of 100 credits in the program before registering for a capstone course.

In addition, students wishing to register for a capstone course must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher before they can obtain permission to register. Students are also required to complete their capstone course through Thomas Edison State University. The policy is designed to ensure that students are appropriately prepared to be successful in their capstone endeavors.

As always, we encourage you to schedule an advising appointment to discuss your program requirements and course options. Please call (609) 292-2803 Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (ET) or email us: academicadvising@tesu.edu at any time.
