Dr. Devery is the Vice President for Planning and Research at Thomas Edison State University. In this position he is responsible for development and coordination of the University's strategic plan, market research programs, institutional surveys of students, graduates and staff, the University's quality assurance plan and compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.

Maureen serves as office manager in the Division of Planning and Research. Her responsibility includes administering, coordinating and performing all the routine professional functions necessary to support the Division. She serves as principal assistant to the Vice President and provides support to five professional staff.
Ann Marie Senior, PhD, is the Associate Vice President for Planning and Research. In this position, she oversees the federal, state, and regional accreditation compliance and regulatory reports, and conducts research and analysis that supports decision making at the University and the strategic plan. In addition, she also has responsibilities related to the University's quality assurance plan and activities.
Mrs. Power-Barnes is the Director of Market Research and Assessment at Thomas Edison State University. She is responsible for development, coordination, implementation and assessment of market research to inform and support the University's strategic and operational plans.
Ying Huang, PhD, is a Senior Research Analyst in the Division of Planning and Research. She is responsible for conducting research and analyses in support of strategic planning, quality assurance efforts, and addressing specific research questions and data requests from within and outside the institution.
Ying Jiang is the Senior Research Analyst. She is responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, responding to data integrity issues, monitoring and maintaining data reporting systems, and providing data and reports to management to support planning and decision-making process.
