Thomas Edison State University will host A Women’s Equality Summit: Beyond the Glass Ceiling on Aug. 26 in Prudence Hall from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Speakers include Dr. Merodie A. Hancock, president of TESU, Senator Shirley Turner, Assemblywoman Verlina Reynolds-Jackson and Assemblyman Anthony S. Verrelli.
The academic and community partners will be collaborating to present workshops that will provide women of any age with practical and useful information to help them go beyond the glass ceiling in today’s society.
