The Center for Civic Engagement & Leadership Development
The Center for Leadership Development fosters civic participation through leadership training and development in the Trenton community and the region. It emphasizes the development of personal, organizational and community capacity at a local level by applying theory-driven solutions.

- Trenton Central High School Leaders of Tomorrow (TCHS L.O.T.) Mentoring Project
The goal of the freshman/junior mentoring relationship is to help freshman mentees stay in school through the improvement of academic and social performance, with particular focus placed on personal development. The goal of the L.O.T./Leadership Trenton mentoring relationship is to help prepare students for the post-high school world through broadening their career and professional perspectives. All mentoring relationships are intended to last for two years, meeting monthly in a group setting.
