How to Apply to the University

Before your apply, learn how your military training can be accepted as credit at Thomas Edison State University, view potential degree programs and learn about possible career options.

Next, please select the appropriate option to view the application process:

  1. Apply online directly to the University.
  2. Request transcripts from prior institutions sent to the University.
  3. Send notarized copies of qualifying certificates or licenses for academic review.

  2. Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard: request a Joint Services Transcript (JST).
    Air Force: request a CCAF transcript.
  3. Ensure that civilian transcripts are requested, and notarized copies of qualifying certificates or licenses are sent.

Current actively-enrolled students do not need to re-apply. Students separating from the Army who will no longer use GoArmyEd must contact the Office of Admissions at admissions@tesu.edu to request that the GoArmyEd source code be removed.
