Forms to Access Veteran Benefits
Thomas Edison State University Veterans' Benefit Information*:
This packet outlines the steps and procedures required for obtaining Veterans' Administration (VA) educational benefits. Students will be required to submit either:
- Form A (if Thomas Edison State University is their home institution and they plan on attending classes at another college/university); or
- Form B (if they plan on taking their courses at Thomas Edison State University).
Students are also required to submit the Information Sheet.
VA Form 22-1995 Request for Change of Program or Place of Training:
Located on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Online Application Web site (VONAPP), this form is to be completed by veterans who have used their VA benefits at another college/university and who would like to name Thomas Edison State University as their primary school.
Also located on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Online Application Web site (VONAPP), this form is to be completed by veterans who have never used their VA benefits before.
