Need Help With Your Password?

Did you forget your username or password?

Do you need to reset your password?

If so, you can use Online Student Services (OSS) to resolve your issue by following these steps:

  1. Access Online Student Services (OSS)
  2. Select “What’s My Password?” from the bottom, right-hand corner.
  3. Select the appropriate link for your password hint or to reset your password.

OSS Password Advisory: Please note that beginning March 6, 2017, a new password policy will take effect that requires students to change their passwords on an annual basis in Online Student Services (OSS). It is recommended that you change your password before this date so that your new password is in effect during the transition.
