Doctor of Business Administration
The Doctor of Business Administration Degree (DBA) is an online doctoral degree program with Areas of Study in Organizational Leadership, Human Resource Management and General Management. Designed to enable business students and professionals to advance their careers as executive leaders, educators and consultants.
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
This degree is an accelerated, relevant and rigorous graduate program that prepares individuals for leadership roles in firms and organizations. The entire program can be completed in 18 months. All courses are offered entirely online in eight-week formats. The program is the only accelerated, online MBA in New Jersey that offers areas of study in Data Analytics and Healthcare Management. Additional areas of study include Finance and Marketing.
MS in Accounting
The Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) is an online degree program designed to prepare students aspiring to become certified public accounts (CPA). The program’s graduates can fill accounting and taxation roles in industry, private enterprise and federal, state and local government.
MS in Healthcare Management
The Master of Science in Healthcare Management (MSHCM) degree program is designed for individuals who wish to work or are currently working in responsible management positions in a wide variety of medical and healthcare institutions.
MS in Human Resources Management (MSHRM)

MS in Management (MSM)
This degree focuses on organizational leadership and serves management professionals by integrating management theory and practice as they apply to a wide range of organizations. The program addresses areas critical to managerial success: leadership, organizational understanding, activity management, effective resource use and managerial self-development. Areas of study include Accounting, Homeland Security Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Leadership, Project Management and School Business Administration.
Graduate Certificates
Online graduate certificates in Human Resources Management, Organizational Leadership, Project Management and Homeland Security Management enable students to gain expertise in specific areas to advance their careers or prepare for a new career. Students may apply credits earned from the certificates to graduate degree programs at Thomas Edison State University.
