BSBA in Marketing

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Marketing is designed for students already working in the marketing field or those interested in developing a career in:

  • Product development
  • Brand management
  • Sales management
  • Wholesaling
  • Marketing planning and analysis
  • Public relations

Our BSBA in Marketing degree focuses on all essential marketing activities, from planning an organization’s products and services to pricing, promotion, and distribution to customers.

All students in the BSBA in Marketing program must complete a capstone requirement, Strategic Management, which integrates content across the degree program and validates the students’ knowledge. The degree is a 120-credit program.

Degree Requirements Credits
The following courses are required for the BSBA degree in Marketing and are fulfilled in the General Education sections of the degree chart. 6
  • College Algebra or Quantitative Business Analysis within Intellectual and Practical Skills section of General Education requirements.

  • How Students Earn Credit in the Area of Study: All credits in this area of study may be completed with Thomas Edison State University courses and/or exams.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT ALL BSBA STUDENTS, REGARDLESS OF AREA OF STUDY, INCLUDE A BUSINESS ETHICS SUBJECT AS PART OF THE GENERAL EDUCATION OR ELECTIVES COMPONENT OF THEIR DEGREE.
