How to Make a Room Reservation
Contact Facilities and Operations (609) 984-1661, ext. 2330, during the hours of 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Conference Room Fees - Current Rates Effective 7/1/12 (subject to change):
Full Day (Over 4 hours) is $452.00
Half Day (4 hours or less) is $226.00
If the conference room is rented for a day that the University is not normally open, the organization or agency that is renting is responsible for a security officer fee of $35.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
If you encounter a problem during regular business hours that requires immediate attention, please contact the security officer at the front desk, or call Facilities and Operations at (609) 984-1661, ext. 2330
Thomas Edison State University is not responsible for storage of items owned by groups using the conference facilities.
Catering is permitted in our conference rooms; however, it is the responsibility of the organization or agency to have all food items removed from the conference room, as well as, food containers to be picked up by the catering service where applicable. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the University's buildings or on West State Street in front of the building. There is a designated smoking area with receptacles and benches located behind the building.
