Conference Room Policy
It is the policy of Thomas Edison State University to allow certain agencies and organizations the use of Thomas Edison State University's conference rooms. The conference rooms are available for rent to the following organizations and/or agencies:
- To groups and organizations affiliated with Thomas Edison State University
- All State Agencies
- All organizations sponsored by a State Agency
Please note that if an organization is sponsored by a State agency, written notification must be received by Facilities and Operations at least one week prior to the scheduled meeting.
Permission to use the conference room does not imply Thomas Edison State University's endorsement of the aims, policies, or activities of any group or organization.
Thomas Edison State University reserves the right to collect payment for costs incurred in the use of a conference room and to collect for any damages to the facilities from users of the meeting rooms.
Thomas Edison State University reserves the right to set aside conference rooms during specific blocks of time for use by Thomas Edison State University staff and programs.
Thomas Edison State University reserves the right to attend any meeting held in its facility to ensure no unlawful activities are occurring on College premises. Unlawful activity shall not be permitted in the conference rooms or on College premises, and such activity shall be a basis to deny future use of the University's conference rooms by groups and organizations violating this policy.
